

Bavarian Obatzda (Cheese Dip)

- 250 g Camembert or Brie cheese
- 1 tbsp. of butter
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 medium sized onion
- spices (salt, pepper, paprika, caraway seed or powder)

Cut the cheese in very small slices and crumble. Mix with the butter, cream cheese and the finely chopped onion. Spice to your own taste. Leave in the fridge for at least one hour before serving. You can eat Obatzda with any bread, or, ideally, with pretzels. Use within two days.
